1. Applications must be received between June 15 and September 30, 2008.  Applications from participant who wish to be an auditor of the Class must be received before October 10, 2008.

2. The application form can be downloaded from the Website: From.doc

3. Applications must include a brief biographical profile with the Curriculum Vitae, and 2 recent photographs, 3x 4 cm in size. 

4. Applications must include photocopy of individual¡¯s passport.

5. A DVD at least 20 minutes in length of an orchestra or piano conducted by the Regular participant applicant. DVDs will not be returned.

6. Please wire transfer the Application Fee of USD 60 per person, to the appointed bank account:

7. Please send a copy of the wire-transfer receipt to the  Secretary of Master Classes.

8. Admission

  a.We will confirm and notify you of your application 
    status after the deadline for applications. 

  b.After receiving our confirmation of your admission
    into the Master Class, please wire-transfer your
    corresponding tuition fee to the appointed bank
    account.

  c.Application fees shall not be refunded except on the
    condition that the Master Classes fails to open.

9. A Visa for entering China is required.
